AI for Operations
AI solutions built around a specific operational task, the information it needs, and the people who review the output. We start by understanding the process and deciding where AI can be useful, then define a practical scope.
About the Studio
JPZank Studio is a founder-led studio founded in 2024 and based in Vancouver, Canada. Led by João Vilela, AI & Operations Specialist, it works in English and Portuguese to reduce manual work and connect business information.
AI solutions built around a specific operational task, the information it needs, and the people who review the output. We start by understanding the process and deciding where AI can be useful, then define a practical scope.
Integrations, internal tools, and automations that move information between the systems a business uses. At Jardim da Amazônia, delivered operational systems connect guest movements to kitchen meal counts, an iPad kitchen view, and recipe quantities. Further AI-agent work is ongoing.
Websites and web applications built around a clear offer or a specific workflow. Projects include the multilingual Jardim da Amazônia website and a payment-approval application for a credit-union operation. The Studio also develops Qubi, a restaurant menu product still in development.
João Vilela scopes every project, develops it with Daniel Oliveira, and replies to messages within 5 hours on business days. There is no account manager between the client and the people doing the work, which is the usual structure at a generalist agency.
In prior employment, João supported 200+ programs across 67+ countries and coordinated 25+ suppliers as a supply chain manager. That prior employment is the foundation for a practice that starts from how the work moves, then chooses the AI, integration, website, or app that fits.
A typical website launches in 7 days once the content is in, custom-built rather than assembled from a Wix or Squarespace template. The Studio can also build the intake, the internal tool, or the automation behind it, so a new inquiry does not stop at an inbox.
The Studio has delivered 8 projects since 2024, in English and Portuguese, between Canada and Brazil. They include the multilingual Jardim da Amazônia site and three hotels in Pipa.
The first step is a one-minute diagnostic that asks for no contact details. After launch, 30 days of fixes are included and support is month to month, with no annual retainer.
João Paulo Zanchet Vilela is Brazilian and lives in Vancouver. He studied business administration at FGV and logistics and supply chain at Langara College, then worked in freight forwarding, procurement, and supply chain management.
Since 2024 he has run operations and systems for Jardim da Amazônia, an ecotourism lodge in the Brazilian Amazon, and built its website as part of that work. He founded JPZank Studio the same year to bring practical AI, automation, systems integration, and web development to other small businesses. He leads every project and develops alongside the team.
Find João
A technology enthusiast, Daniel has built applications for law firms and administrative teams alongside João since 2024. At the Studio he develops the base of each project, the structure and components the rest of the build sits on, and João reviews the work before it ships.
The Studio works with specialist partners for social media and paid traffic. João coordinates them with the site and systems the Studio builds, so the client keeps a single point of contact.

A written proposal with scope, price, and timeline. Nothing starts until it is approved.
A 50% deposit starts the project, followed by one checklist for the content, access, and decisions the work needs.
A typical website launches in 7 days once content is in, with two rounds of review. Apps and automations get their own timeline in the proposal.
The remaining 50% is due at launch. The first 30 days of fixes are included; after that, support is optional and month to month.
João Vilela is your point of contact throughout and develops alongside Daniel Oliveira. Social media and paid traffic run through specialist partners. Email and video calls, in English or Portuguese.
Prices are not published, because scope varies more than a price list can show. Each project is scoped after the diagnostic and a first conversation.
No. The one-minute diagnostic asks where the friction shows up and how the work is handled today, then suggests a likely first move. It asks for no contact details.
No. The published projects are in Brazil, and the work runs remotely by email and video call. The Studio works in English and Portuguese.
Yes, that is usually where the work starts. The diagnostic asks whether the work lives in spreadsheets, email, or systems that do not connect, and the first move is often connecting what is already there.
